Mission Statement

To recruit, retain, support and develop a highly competent, diverse workforce that supports the mission of Anson County Schools.  In addition to recruitment and employment, the HR office includes ensuring federal, state and local policies related to human resources.  The Office of Human Resources will provide timely and accurate business and human resource management support that promotes informed decision-making accountability and learning.
